ZK77 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

Welcome to ZK77. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ZK77 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing all use of the ZK77 website located at zk77.click and any associated mobile applications or services.

By completing registration on ZK77, by logging into an existing account or by placing any wager, bet or game entry on ZK77, you are confirming that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ZK77 platform.

These Terms apply to all activities on ZK77 including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, poker, baccarat, ludo, jackpot slots, card games, bonus participation and the refer-a-friend programme. They apply equally to free-play and real-money play modes.

Access to real-money gaming on ZK77 is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ZK77 applies a zero-tolerance policy to underage gaming. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended and all associated balances forfeited pending investigation.
• You must be accessing ZK77 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or employee of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of a ZK77 employee or contractor unless you have received prior written permission from ZK77 management.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or restriction that prohibits participation in online gaming.

ZK77 conducts identity verification at the point of withdrawal and at any time it deems necessary to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation results in account suspension until verification is completed.

Each person may hold only one ZK77 account. Registering multiple accounts – whether under the same name, phone number, payment method, device or IP address – constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances across duplicate accounts will be consolidated and reviewed before any decision on their disposition.

When registering on ZK77 you must provide accurate, complete and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and valid payment details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. ZK77 cannot be held liable for failed transactions, missed communications or incorrect payouts resulting from outdated account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ZK77 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone, including ZK77 support staff who will never ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact ZK77 support immediately at support@zk77.click.

• Accounts registered with false information are void from the moment of registration.
• ZK77 may request additional identity documents at any time as part of KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations.
• Account registration is free. ZK77 does not charge any fee for opening or maintaining an account.
• ZK77 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person.

All financial transactions on ZK77 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ZK77 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also Rs 500.

ZK77 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Easypaisa – Instant deposits and withdrawals
• JazzCash – Instant deposits and withdrawals
• NayaPay – Digital wallet transfers
• SadaPay – Digital wallet transfers
• Bank IBFT – All major Pakistani commercial banks
• Visa / Mastercard – Debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

Deposits are credited to your ZK77 account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. ZK77 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

Withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash and within 30 minutes for bank IBFT transfers under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. ZK77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawals above Rs 50,000, which may extend processing time.

ZK77 does not charge any fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. Any charges levied by your bank or payment provider are outside ZK77's control and are your responsibility.

ZK77 offers various promotions to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual offer. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a promotion-specific document, the promotion-specific document takes precedence for that promotion only.

• Bonuses are credited as bonus credits, not withdrawable cash, until applicable wagering requirements are met.
• Each promotion specifies its own wagering requirement, minimum deposit, eligible games, time limit and maximum withdrawal amount. These details are published on the relevant promotion page within the ZK77 platform.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device and per IP address.
• ZK77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited and part-wagered at the time of cancellation are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers through techniques such as arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies or coordinated play across multiple accounts will result in bonus forfeiture and account review.
• ZK77 may require identity verification before crediting a bonus to an account.

Rebate bonuses, cashback offers and referral programme credits are governed by their respective terms pages. The Refer a Friend programme has its own terms page which should be read separately.

All games on ZK77 – including poker, baccarat, ludo, jackpot slots, card games and live casino – are governed by their individual game rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a real-money wager.

ZK77 uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for all virtual games. Live dealer games use physical playing equipment verified on camera. The outcomes of all ZK77 games are independently audited for randomness and fairness.

• Bets placed and accepted are final. Once a game round has commenced, bets cannot be cancelled.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error that affects the outcome of a round, ZK77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Disconnections during a game round are governed by each game's individual disconnection policy, which is displayed in the game's help section.
• ZK77 poker tables operate under standard international poker rules. Hand rankings, betting structures and tournament formats are published in the Poker section.
• ZK77 baccarat tables follow standard Punto Banco rules. All variants, including Speed Baccarat and Squeeze, are described in the Baccarat section.

The ZK77 Refer a Friend programme allows registered players to earn PKR bonuses by inviting new players to join the platform. To qualify for a referral reward, the following conditions must all be met:

• The referred player must register using your unique ZK77 referral link or code.
• The referred player must complete identity verification and make a qualifying first deposit of at least Rs 500.
• The referred player must be a new ZK77 user who has not previously held an account on the platform.
• Self-referrals – creating a new account to refer to your own existing account – are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of both accounts.

Referral bonuses are credited within 24 hours of the referred player meeting all qualifying conditions. Full details of referral tiers, bonus amounts and any applicable caps are set out on the Refer a Friend page. ZK77 reserves the right to modify the referral programme structure at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZK77 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and referral of the matter to appropriate authorities where required:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using ZK77 to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players during real-money games to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker.
• Use of automation: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to place bets or make in-game decisions on ZK77.
• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts, using falsified information or engaging in structured betting patterns designed to exploit bonus offers.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating payment chargebacks after using deposited funds to play on ZK77.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access or operate your ZK77 account.
• Exploiting software bugs: Deliberately exploiting any error, glitch or bug in the ZK77 platform to gain an unfair outcome. Any winnings obtained through a known software error must be reported and will be voided.
• Impersonation: Registering an account using another person's identity or documents.

ZK77 employs a dedicated integrity team that monitors all platform activity. Suspicious patterns are flagged automatically and reviewed by human operators. Players found engaging in prohibited activities have no right of appeal regarding balance forfeiture.

ZK77 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. All players have access to responsible gaming tools through their account settings. These tools include:

• Deposit limits – daily, weekly and monthly limits that activate immediately when set.
• Session time reminders – alerts at player-defined intervals during active gaming sessions.
• Self-exclusion – temporary or permanent exclusion from the ZK77 platform, effective within hours of request.
• Reality checks – on-screen prompts displaying session duration and net activity.

ZK77 encourages players to set these limits proactively. Players who self-exclude from ZK77 must not attempt to re-register. Any account opened by a self-excluded player will be immediately closed and any balance returned.

ZK77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of Rs 200 per month after the 12-month period, deducted from the remaining balance. Accounts with zero balance after inactivity will be closed.
• Reasonable suspicion of prohibited activity, pending investigation.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requiring ZK77 to restrict access.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, ZK77 will notify the account holder by email or SMS to the contact details on file. ZK77 aims to resolve all investigations within 14 working days and will communicate the outcome clearly. Funds held in a legitimately operated account at the time of suspension will be returned to the player if the investigation concludes in their favour.

All content on the ZK77 platform – including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, design elements, logos, text, audio, video and the ZK77 brand name and trademark – is the exclusive property of ZK77 or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ZK77 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any ZK77 content without prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any ZK77 software.
• Use the ZK77 name, logo or brand in any marketing, social media or commercial context without written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on ZK77 content.

Unauthorised use of ZK77 intellectual property will be pursued legally under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZK77 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses arising from participation in any game on the ZK77 platform, whether due to unfavourable outcomes, game variance or any other factor inherent to gaming.
• Service interruptions, technical errors or temporary unavailability of the ZK77 platform caused by circumstances beyond ZK77's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, force majeure events or third-party payment provider failures.
• Decisions made by players based on information displayed on the ZK77 platform, including promotional materials, odds displays or game statistics.

Nothing in these Terms limits ZK77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Pakistani law. ZK77's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ZK77 collects and processes personal data solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, conducting identity verification, preventing fraud and communicating with you about your account and ZK77 services. Your data is never sold to third parties.

Full details of what data ZK77 collects, how it is stored, how long it is retained and what rights you have in relation to your data are set out in the ZK77 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

All personal and financial data on ZK77 is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. ZK77 does not store card numbers in full on its servers. Payment data is handled by certified payment processors operating under applicable data security standards.

ZK77 may amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ZK77 will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal, regulatory or security reasons.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at zk77.click/terms-conditions. The date of last revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continuing to use ZK77 after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change and withdraw any remaining balance.

All formal disputes must be submitted in writing to support@zk77.click with your registered ZK77 account email address, a description of the issue and any supporting evidence. ZK77 aims to acknowledge all formal disputes within 24 hours and resolve them within 14 working days.
